Casa Violeta offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and a warm, intimate environment, making it a perfect escape. The rooms, Ishtar & Camelia, were clean and well-appointed, with Camelia being spacious enough for a family. The on-site restaurant provided tasty options, including fresh fruit and homemade jams for breakfast. The staff, especially Angelica, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, catering to our needs with care and flexibility.Although there was no AC and some noise disturbances, the staff's responsiveness and accommodation were commendable. The hotel owners were present and attentive, adding a personal touch to our experience. The cozy rooms featured colorful decor, private balconies with hammocks, and insider tips on local attractions. The property offers free continental breakfast, shuttle services, and activities like kiteboarding and snorkeling tours, enhancing the overall guest experience.Casa Violeta's attention to detail and guest satisfaction, coupled with its serene location near natural attractions, make it a charming retreat for travelers seeking tranquility and personalized service in Tulum.
